To fit my head 56cm, a little larger than the previous pattern.

Red heart reflective yarn = pattern over here for my daughters size, slightly smaller. LINK HERE

Tension ball band suggests 6 mm 14 st x 18 rows

Pattern:

Cast on 5.5 mm circ needles

Cast on 80 stitches (mulitples of 4) not too tight, join. 

Knit 8 rows of rib. 2 knit, 2 purl.

Change to 6.5mm circ needles.

with multiples of 10 for ease of pattern, 80 stitches

Cast on 68 stitches (mulitples of 4) not too tight, join. 

Knit 8 rows of rib. 2 knit, 2 purl.

Change to 6.5mm circ needles.

Increase 2 stitches only to achieve multiples of 10 for ease of pattern, 70 stitches
