Artful Stampers - Team Challenge Blog Hop - Sketch Challenge #4

We have another wonderful blog hop...A second Sketch Challenge.

I had fun with this one and have since stamped a little "congratulations" at the bottom of the card. I've only made one this time around, time limited...

The challenge

The colours: Pistachio Pudding, Coastal Cabana and Crisp Cantaloupe. 

Using the Markers I coloured in the butterfly, a spritz of water to blend the colours on the edges, then I cut them out. lol...  Add three flags to the reverse. 

Sponged the background with the 3 colours and "Bokeh'd" the background with the white craft ink pad and a single Dauber. Add a few pearls and stick it all together.

The Artful Stampers -Team Challenge Blog Hop- Colour Challenge #3

Again another challenge, this one is a biggy, as you would see from my previous cards I have made, I'm not a hugely colourful user. So this definitely a challenge for me...

And my take on this colourful challenge after I looked through my entire collection of papers, cardstock and inks, devastated I was missing a whole colour...Garden Green. 

Disheartened that I was missing a colour, AND I really wanted to play. Battling on I resorted to my computer and got stuck into using my MDS (My Digital Studio). I made up a scrap book page of my girls out in the hay shed. I had heaps of fun, even though it was a bit slow on my computer. I used an already created template in MDS and changed the colours to suit this challenge. I added a couple more embellishments and found a photo to match. I had lovely fun and I really should use it more. It is so very easy to play with and no mess...

Christmas cracker

Here is a christmas cracker I made at a workshop today, without the crack...

Using the Envelope Punch Board and the Scoring Board, it was quite easy to make. I made the cracker as wide as to fit the belt buckle under the belly band. Had fun and so did the ladies that made them. I did change the black belly band to a more narrow fit for the buckle, looked better. You have to start somewhere. Have fun.

I do have the measurements scribbled on a bit of paper, and will try to make up a picture one day soon for you.
