The Artful Stampers -Team Challenge Blog Hop - SAB Challenge 66

Hi there, long time no see. I had a little break and got stuck into Christmas tripping, shopping, evacuating houses due to bushfires and drank and ate way too much.

Back to Normal as can be, while kids are on school holidays, besides hay carting in the middle of the hot summer...Really what is normal???

Here's my take on the Brand New Sale-A-Bration Catalogue Challenge...I can't wait to show you the new catalogue. I love all that is in there. I am soooo excited.

The new Flowering Fields out of the NEW Sale A Bration Catalogue. I do love how clear the image stamps so beautifully.
The sentiment comes from the HOSTESS only stamp set Best Thoughts, which I also love.
The background tone on tone stamp comes from the also NEW Occasions Catalogue called Timeless Textures.
There really are so many beautiful stamps in the two new catalogues.
Keep tuned for next week, when they become available to EVERYONE.

Regarding Dahlias

One of my fave stamps. Regarding Dahlias.

Embossed in gold on white with added colour. Bermuda Bay and Coastal Cabana. Gotta love a bit of sparkle, ribbon and string. Stapled the ribbon and tied a bow. Use up your scrappy bit of ribbon. I love the idea that there is no waste, especially in my crafty cubby.

And here you go. The old Medallion Stamp for a new baby's Christmas perhaps. I rocked
the blushing bride pad around the edges of the inked stamp of Pink Pirouette, and then
sponged it over. I stamped the sentiment half and half with both Mint Macaron and Lost Lagoon,
that was a bit tricky, but a good way to add something different. I attached the little ribbon
under the flag to add some colour. I also coloured the Jewels with the Lost Lagoon marker.

New garden makeover

Wow I thought we would never get finished. BUT we did it. AND now I have it planted out already. Very inspired to be able to let the sun shine inside the house.

My friend and I started chopping the tree away from the powerlines as part or our Horticulture course project. AND then I called on my husband to help me with the finishing touches, WELL, I just went berserk...

The trees were gorgeous and we realised that we had a lot of privacy, but I really wanted a better light for the inside of the house for winter. Now it is summer it is sooo bright. We all love it. 

Everybody passing by, can now see we need to paint the house...ANOTHER job finished, and another job to start. Where it takes you is amazing.

Have fun. will post again sometime down the track on the progress of the garden. Watering like mad. :)

A really simple and easy easy card. These colours suit the Very Vanilla base colour very very well.
I haven't used this stamp and punch set in a while. No bling or embellishments for a change, and I don't think it needs it.
