MDS recipe cards update

I have been playing again with my MDS software and have found that you can save grouped items and reuse them...AND i also found that you can add pages from another project into your current one...I am sooo excited...

SO how easy is that to save many cards of the same design...just needing to change photos and recipes...SOOO in love with it...

Here is a little question for you though.

Would you place pictures behind the recipe???

I'll have to print one out to see if it works and is easily readable...But I am loving this idea. scrapbooking pics into recipe cards...all in one...

I just love these photos and what great timing that they match this weeks colour challenge. This is of my neice's boy, just gorgeous and can't help but have a little giggle...

AND then I used the same layout for me and pictures of my deary husband. We (mainly I) have dreamed of a berry patch netted to keep all birds out. We spent a lot of time finding the right equipment/cheaply and mainly free. AND we did it.

AND I really wanted to play with paper, here are a few cards, woohoo...

SIMPLY add the colour.

AND simply add ribbon to top it off.

AND simply add lego

AND simply add DAD

AND simply fly away to the next hop, hope you have enjoyed this excited mojo of mine.

Mojo Blitz...

When you have it, you go for it...

here are a few samples of cards I made today, when I thought I had no go in me...
Well it kicked when I wasn't thinking, how happy does that make me feel when I look back over today. Cookies cooked, cake baked, and cards made...wow yippee...Get your crafty on too...In no particular order :

Simple words mean so much from the right person....

Simple coloured block, spritzed with water and stamped over with black.

Simply stamped all over, love this card and colours of Smoky Slate and So Saffron.

Hope you had a lovely day...

oh and the cookies and cake (over here for the Chocolate zucchini cake)...yuummm...I don't think there are any cookies left to cover or drizzle with melted chocolate...yummo.

Occasions 2015 & Sale-A-Bration 2015 Bog Hop - ESAD

And  here is what I have created for you.

The first few from the Occasions Catalogue 2015:

I have heat embossed white powder and coloured in with our stampin markers on the reverse, with Strawberry Slush and Crisp Cantalope, Soft Suede and Old Olive. I love it, this card was inspired by the gorgeous Teneale Williams.

Upclose with Tangerine Tango and  Crisp Cantalope. I think I much prefer the other colourway.

Happy Easter card using the Indescribable Gift stamps. Playing with blendabilities again, but I reverted to the blender pens to get the paler pink colour. I used Raspberry Ripple,which I found a little tooo dark. 

I have stamped the butterfly thinlit with colour and placed onto card. Then added more cutouts. A banner adds another dimension as well.

A happy thing. Here I have coloured in the stamp using the markers.
I think the emboss on vellum would work for this one too...

Colour Coach card

I have used the Stampin' Up! Colour coach...with a main colour of Blackberry Bliss, which has matching colours of Smoky Slate and Melon Mambo. I was practising making cards for my Artful Stampers Team swap. But I am just not tooo sure of this one and hve changed my mind. But thought I would show you anyways...I have also used Mum's love and the Daydream Medallions stamp sets.

I really do like, it is warming on me, but I might change the mount colours in the background, or ALL of them. Anyways just a little speil...have fun on this rainy weekend...(hanging for it toooo)

Simply placed stamps together and versamark,
using the old cherry scent emboss heat powder.
It embossses clear with a lovely scent.
Love how it appears on the basic gray.

Simply layered card with all the colours for the challenge.
Add a little ribbon flourish to the side, could suit either sexy beast. lol

Recipe cards in MDS - Zucchini Chocolate Milo cake

My second post for the day, although I should be outside gardening. I am cooking and playing with MDS while I wait for the cake to cook. AND though sometimes things dont get as finished as I'd like them to be...I dont mind if we are all happy.

I have decided I want a "polished card" recipe slash come folder of some sorts, of my own recipes. I have adapted some recipes over time for me and the kids. We quite often want to make something but don't have a particular ingredient. SOOO we make it up... Here is one we have made up today...and it tastes ok. I think I did use one tooo many cups of grated zucchini AND it is very moist. lol

Here you go:

I would love to get these printed onto recycled card and and make up a box for them...But this is as far as I have got with it...A start nonetheless...
