CARD swapping

I love the idea that my new Stampin' Up family are making card fronts to swap...It's really easy to make up 10 cards the same and swap them for someones elses...AND all made with similar themes... Our last swap I wanted to share with you. The theme was Dynamic Duo. At first I googled all about it and realised it was right in front of me...on the back of the colour coach cards are all the details...

A tricky one for me as I don't have a lot of colours yet, or maybe I'm a bit picky when it comes to colour ranges...

This is the first card I made, but I'm not sure I LOVED it? It grew on me. I had fun cutting out the feather, but not 8 times...so I ditched this one as a swap. The colours are chocolate chip and sahara sand...

so I attempted another one, which I like so much more:

The colours are Island Indigo and Pool party...I love it...stamped on whisper white and I used a little bling...

Very nice on a variety of backgrounds:
  Pool Party
  and Island Indigo

and a little close up of the gorgeous butterfly punches.

Here are some pictures of the beautiful cards made by the The Artfull Stampers who participated:

Lynne Jones and website here, Colours: Baja Breeze and Not Quite Navy

Vicki Nixon, Colours: Pool Party, Island Indigo and So Saffron.

I did make this one into an easel card and added the brad and twine.
